metroid prime, maybe, but theres already a way to make it control like a modern PC fps, i forget how but im sure a quick google could tell you. Id imagine it works with other games too

And now I have my mouse movements set to the gamecube controller's C stick.
I've done this primarily for the purpose of playing shooters and games that use the C stick for the camera, and I was wondering if anyone could recommend games that this would work well with.
