DLC not working

Currently running hen 4.88 and multiman on ps3 slim. Hen opens no problem. Able to play disc games no problem. Anytime I open anything downloaded - multiman, games, even PS store, it freezes - no signal. Have done full restore and reinstalled everything numerous times.
