I agree, RPCS3 is really good based on the benchmarks that I've seen online but unless you have a solid CPU equipped with a decent GPU it's not going to work, I'm sorry.
These thing will indeed take time and the only solution for running RPCS3 is getting better hardware imo.

To Be Honest. RPCS3 is the only Emulator that has. NVIDIA GTX Or RTX or Ryzen is Required to play high graphics. But I suggest 2080 or 3080. A GTX 1660 can be a okay, but it can lag sometimes. NVIDIA Control Panel will help your game boost more fps without lag. Because I put mines in RPCS3, High-Performance NVIDIA processor in the programs settings in Manage 3D Settings.
