NO.. Custom FirmWare.. Allows PS3 to run Homebrew and Copied PS3 games.. Version I use will NOT allow PSN Store access unless disabled.. Some games just link to the internet even with CFW for multiplayer but not many.. PCSX2 is an emulator so if running on your PS3 then you have CFW or other patch for PS3 already.
when you mean CFW do you mean PCSX2 1.6.0?
