Add Games Exclusive to Console Section in Vault

I think it would be very helpful if a section was added to each console or handheld's page in the Vault which listed the games that are only available on that system with no ports to other platforms. Failing that it would be nice to at least include exclusivity status in any given game's information. I would be willing to put some effort into helping make this a reality.
