Jet Set Radio Future issue

I'm sure I installed the XEMU emulator correctly and put the required files were they need to be but when I try to play Jet Set Radio Future it gives me an error " Assertion failed Program:C:\User\SNSB\Desktop\xemu.exe

Expresssion: surface->offset + surface->pitch * height <= dma.limit + 1
" anything I do to the emulator after that it just stops responding. I'm not very tech savvy myself so any tips at all will be super helpful. Thank you all and have a good rest of your day.
