Rockman 1 and 6 appear to exist so you're probably using the default view which filters out non-USA games. Here's a search for rockman, anything with a red triangle next to it is missing.

If you do have a missing game you zip the roms and upload by going to the games page.

I have a copy of rockman 1 & 6 for the PSX and saw that they are not listed in the vault and would to share them along with several beatmania and pop'n music games
