That is the keys to the kingdom, thank you. All I tried was googling the name and hash, normally that's enough. Interesting that archive.org isn't properly indexed by google as sometimes links do pop up. Might need to get a VPN for a month as my ISP blocks archive.org and I'd feel bad rinsing through TOR bandwidth.
Oh no problem, if a disc is in the Redump database and also not on the MIA list (found here http://wiki.redump.org/index.php?title=Sony_-_PlayStation_MIA) they can usually be found in archives like these:

That's where I found the disc you wanted after about 5 mins. of searching.
As for the Vault here, it was only opened up for uploading early this year so that's why a lot are missing.
