Also I did try to extract using 7ZIP but, nothing happens.

Sorry to bother but I was trying to download the game LocoRoco and LocoRoco 2 however, I had a hard time. When I downloaded it, it just became a blank file. In the actual PSP emulator, it told me to extract it. When I did, it just said there was nothing. I have no idea what to do next after this.
