Sonic adventure 2 battle Crash (route 101 and 280)

Hello I have this sonic game I was trying to play but theres this same issue that keeps happening whenever I at Tails route 101 mission or Rouge route 280 mission. They keep crashing and having this sky glitch. IM on my xbox series x and using retroarch. Dolphin tells me that a single core would fix the problem but wasn't specific about telling me how to disable "dual core". If anyone have ever had experience with this issue, I would be happy to have you help me with a solution.
