GameCube Vault converted to .ciso

Games in the GameCube Vault have changed from .nkit.iso to .ciso format. While .ciso is a tiny bit larger it plays correctly on Dolphin and console, whereas .nkit.iso could sometimes be quirky on Dolphin. Each game was converted to .ciso with NKit2, currently in alpha, and can be converted back to a Redump .iso with NKit2 when it launches.
