Dreamcast uploads should now work when Redump has no .gdi file for the game.
Finish uploading every missing game that supports gdi, now only CD-Mil is left which affects the unlicensed, aftermarket, and bonus discs.
I am still unable to upload CD-Mil without having warnings about missing gdi file.
