Wii NKIT Partitions dead

Here, `https://vimm.net/vault/?p=nkit`, when I try and click `NKit 1.4 + Wii Partitions`, it simply says that the link is not found. Why was it taken down, and could we get it back up. Oh and if we do, we need to archive it so this doesn't happen again.
