I've had a look at your disc image in a Hex editor and it has references to "IMGBURN V2.3.2.0" in it so it's not a clean dump.

I went ahead and uploaded a clean copy of this game so you don't have to worry about it.

I have a copy of missing Japanese-exclusive PS2 game Roommania #203, acquired through what I can only describe as cursed black magic. It plays fine, but the MD5 is bad and shows no PS2 logo on start. I have no ability to dump the game myself. If anyone wants to take a look and see if anything can be done with it, here you go.
