Hmm, your best bet would be ask on Xenia forums on how to "install" the base game to run it from the "console" hard drive (as opposed to running it from the disc). This should allow you to install the DLCs.
Idk, Xenia has very good compatibility but quality of life features aren't there yet. I don't know if it's possible at all right now.

Has anyone got the dlc on gears 3 or gears judgement to work? I've tried everything and even got the right title updates but nothing is working. I can't play Raams shadow campaign and as for judgement I got the dlc working but can't play the new modes.
