SegaCD Manual Problem

Hi, I've been trying to download the manuals to Dark Wizard and Vay. Whenever I try to download either it shows the usual download screen, then it gives the following message:

Error: You were not found in the download queue.
You have probably clicked an expired link.

I can view the manual for Dark Wizard, but I can't for Vay. I know I can download manuals, as I managed to get several from the SNES section. Any thoughts on this issue?
