James Cameron's Avatar - The Game

I play on a modded new 3ds, have downloaded other .nds games from Vimm's Lair which, so far, have all worked with no problems. I use TwilightMenu for my nds games and have all the basic apps for customware on my ds. For me this game in particular doesn't want to work. I installed the EU version initially, which didn't boot. Then the US version which also didn't boot and the only thing my 3ds shows is "Error: Data Abort". It's not that .nds games don't work for me because I installed a bunch along with the Avatar game and they have all worked so far. I'm at a loss because I don't really understand a lot of this stuff, so if more information is needed, I will try to provide it.
