A Kreon drive can rip 360 disks, including XGD3 disks. Verify the hash of the iso against redump after the rip. See here:

Is there a way to rip my 360 games without modding the console? I've seen stuff that says I need RGH and other stuff. Or that I need a whole new special disc drive
