By modern, I mean Gamecube/PS2/Dreamcast/Xbox and newer.
You can check them without going to single game pages - hover over a link to one and the title screen image should appear, if one exists. And yes, just looking at the letter A for each, all Genesis games lack the watermark, all Gamecube games do have it. I would guess that the retro platforms don't have them and the modern ones do.
