The site has decided to only host games that were licensed by the console manufacturer, most likely to ensure quality and legality.
I understand your frustration, as this is the best site to acquire a ROM of a console game from, but realistically Vimm is unlikely to return this feature. I'm sure there are plenty of other ROM websites hosting the games you seek.
