The page lists it as version 1.02, which should be a patched revision.

I want to download and play Zone of the Enders (BLUS-30937) but I heard it has performance issues, the thing is, I can't go online to update the game directly from my ps3 system, neither could I find the patch manually from the internet. Do I still need to patch this game, or is the game already patched so I just need to install and play it?
