Hey there,
The Shadow of Colossus Iso is working fine in my set up.
There are a few troubleshooting steps I would consider.
1. Are you using the latest version of Pcsx2?
2. Do other Iso files work?
3. Do you have any unusual settings set in the configuration menus?
4. Do you have the correct bios file for ps2? The pcsx2 just needs one bios to play all regions but make sure its a legit bios file. you cannot play any games without a bios file

Hello! I downloaded shadow of colossus for ps2 and whenever i load the game in pcsx2 it keeps saying “please insert ps2 disc” any help would be appreciated
