This is pretty huge news for the DBZ fanbase. The arcade exclusive has been made playable on RPCS3 with a demo, but DBZ content creators are deciding to be gatekeepers and have severely limited access to something that all fans should be able to enjoy. Could it possibly be uploaded here? Please.
