Cxbx Xbox 360 emulation, extract question

Hello!
Trying some Xbox 360 emulation on Dead or Alive 5 on Cxbx. Used extract-xiso on the disc image file but no .XBE is found. Only 5 gigs of around 9 gig download are in the unpacked folder after extract-xiso. Is this normal? Bugging out?
Haven't tried emulation on the 360 before so advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
