The guy game for the ps2/xbox parent company was sued for having a minor topless in their videos in the game. The company stopped production of the game a few months in. Under the law, The guy game is consider child porn. Amazon and ebay removed the game from their listings because of this. Personally, i wouldnt press my luck on this game for a nasty charge but the chances are slim.
