make all inputs the same for both controllers, I haven't used duckstation but I believe you can just set the 1st controller to "none", if not you can always just de-set all the controls for the first virtual controller and switch them all to the second.
I'm replaying through MGS for PS1 through Duckstation. I know that the Psycho Mantis Fight you have to connect the controller into the second controller port. How am I able to do this through Duckstation? I'll have to remap the controller but how do I tell the emulator to use my controller as the second controller port?
