Have you recently installed a new antivirus? If your games previously worked but have now stopped working, it might be because an antivirus program has locked the folder you've installed Dolphin into and is preventing Dolphin from making file changes. Try disabling your antivirus or running Dolphin in administrator mode.
I try to start Truth Or Square on Dolphin and it says Failed to write BT.DINF to SYSCONF. What does this mean?
