I just found the first disc. It is listed under the Japanese region, so it did not originally show up. Downloading now, I have the region difference is just a listing error and not going to cause me issues.

Yeah, I'm not proud of how long it took me to figure out what was going on. A "missing" disclaimer could have saved me an hour.
