I don't think it's feasible. I don't know of any Wii utilities for downloading arbitrary files from the internet or unzipping them after downloading them. If you've already hacked your Wii, then it's simple enough to just download the games onto an SD card or USB drive and play them from there, and if you haven't hacked your Wii then there's no way you could download anything onto it.
