Yup. Just tried it again and I get the error message "ERROR: The system failed to boot. The log may contain more information." When I try the .bin is when it starts to load then it goes to the Main Menu memory card screen.

Assuming that was a typo and you meant "Rival Schools: United by Fate", I tried that out and it worked fine for me in Retroarch on PC with the Swanstation core. Are you running the game from the .cue file and not the .bin file?
