I'm not getting this message at all. Do you have a download accelerator enabled? This site won't work properly with it. The downloads will probably work fine if you disable it.

Recently I got a pop up saying "do you want to allow this site to download more than one file at once" when downloading tmnt turtles in time. I panicked and said no. Now it won't let me download ROMs on occasion. How do I reset this permission? I tried going into my Google settings and resetting it but that didn't work
