Recommended emulated clock speeds?

So I'm using the dolphin emulator for GameCube games on my Moto z force 2 and the framerates for some games is unplayable. For tmnt I found the exact sweetspot which is 80%. It plays perfectly. Anyone know what percentage to play at for wind waker, smash Bros melee, Pokemon Gale of darkness, and any other games?
