Regarding Pokemon titles & AP patching

Greetings vellow vimmers, are the Generation 4 & 5 (DS) ROMs AP patched? If not, is there a way to apply the patch to a DS ROM on Mac? "i have more knowledge on nintendo piracy and hacking than the average US president"
