I am able to download both of those games just fine... I'd have to imagine it's something to do with cache or files on the webpage not loading properly for whatever reason. Try resetting Chrome or whatever browser you're using to default settings as well as clearing your cache and browser data. If that doesn't work try loading the mobile version of the site, and if that doesn't work then try a different browser. Not sure what else could be the problem so not sure on any other possible fixes. Hope this helps!

I’m having the same problem. All I end up downloading is the download.html page. This has happened with both Soul Calibur Broken Destiny and Dissidia Final Fantasy.
