nah you're not the only one, having the same problem here
no sega saturn games, no dreamcast games, no ps1 games, and indeed, no wiiware games

So when I go to any file page on Wii ware it doesn't even show the download button anywhere. I hope it isn't only me that can't download Wii ware games
