Mirroring in The-Eye? That sounds interesting; sounds hard but would be cool if it happened (maybe contact whoever runs the-eye?)
As for Fallout 3, that game has always been very unstable on PS3. It's a problem with the game itself, not the dump (you can verify that the dump is valid by rebuilding it as a proper decrypted ISO with the provided IRD and then encrypting it with a program like PS3Dec, then compare signatures with leaked dats from Redump).

What if you archived this website on the-eye.eu so that people could use the-eye as a mirror? That way, you could get the decent download speeds of the-eye and the ability to use the wget command in Linux to mass-download games from it. Their rom collection was taken down during the little incident around 2018 with Nintendo taking down a rom site and the legend himself, BrawlBRSTMs. May Brawl rest in peace. Also your dump of Fallout 3 GOTY edition is unstable as shit.
