I've found a copy of the PS2 version but this game doesn't seem to be in the Redump database yet so I can't verify if it's a good dump or not.

Also the Wiki page says there was a updated PC release in 2012 titled "School Days HQ" that has an official English translation and uncensored scenes that are cut from the PS2 and PSP versions, so maybe that might be better.
