How to convert Vimm's PS3 "ISO" to actual PS3 ISO?

Could somebody please explain how I can convert the folders labeled as "ISOs" here on Vimm's into the actual "name-of-game.iso" format MultiMan can mount, like the sort I make when ripping my own discs with CFW on my PS3?

Or is it possible to transfer the folders to my PS3 and use them directly without having to fart around with eboot.bin and rap files (as other sources like NPS require)?
