Don't know what content actually remains in the rom these days, but you can easily find listings for the game being sold through common online markets. So I'd guess it's not quite the radioactive timebomb some tend to think it is.
And no, appearance of a topless 17 year old does not qualify media as child pornography. Underage depiction perhaps, but even then you'd only be only ruffling feathers in certain parts of the world.
That's not meant to dismiss shady behavior, which is common in settings where young women are being paid to expose themselves. But let's not fool ourselves into thinking that you're an impressionable victim at 17, then perhaps weeks or even days later after turning 18, you're fully mature and incapable of such exploitation.

Lads, I'm all for preserving media, but why is The Guy Game on here? It is quite literally illegal to possess and distribute that game in any fashion. And I don't mean in the normal way that dick heads go "PIRACY IS ILLEGAL!1!1" because I'm all for committing that crime.
