Image inside .zip should be encrypted with original encryption, what you have is decrypted.
CRC, MD5, SHA1 hashes preesent for each ps3 game are from encrypted images.
Refer to this guide for dumping encrypted images:

I want to contribute a few EU PS3 disc games. I have them in the PS_GAME / PS3_DISC.SFB format, currently decompressed as regular directories.
Do i need to make an iso File from it (and if, how) or is just zipping them up enough ? Or do you do any manual steps after uploading as well on your side ? My idea is just to make zip files named like BLESxxxxx.zip and upload those.
