Performance issues solved

A couple of optimizations have fixed the performance problem. CPU and RAM were both at 100%, so disabling HTTP/2 fixed the RAM problem and building a thumbnail cache fixed the CPU problem. Now the web server's purring like a kitten.
It looks like Delta fever peaked over the weekend, and I hope it made many happy new Vimm's Lair fans.

For the first time ever Apple is allowing emulators in the official App Store and people are installing Delta in droves. A big thank you to everyone who has recommended Vimm's Lair to Delta users. Sadly the surge in traffic is causing the web server to run out of memory and crash. Repeatedly. It's now stable but sluggish, and will remain so until the Delta fervor subsides.
