Agreed, but Nintendo does it as a profession. This was sloppy for a few different reasons, none of which are mistakes that the real Nintendo would make. It's fair to call Nintendo DMCA trolls, but they're not the trolls responsible for this, of that, I'm relatively sure.
i know what you mean, but lets be real, nintendo are dmca trolls.
