The Lego games are probably unrelated to the Nintendo DMCA stuff. This wasn't the first DMCA request that the site has received, after all.
I noticed that all the Lego games for the GameCube and Wii have been removed, but they still have the Lego games for Nintendo DS and all the game boy stuff, which are handhelds from nintendo. So I am hoping they will put those games back on the website very soon.
