DoA 4 ROMs Not working.

I have downloaded both ROMs for Dead or Alive 4 and both files display graphics incorrectly (Kasumi's Clothing textures not rendering, entire fighters not rendering) and the game crashes after about a minute. Any fixes? I have ensured the files downloaded 100%, the file sizes were the same as listed or at least close, and that I used both 7zip and Winrar to extract the files.
