If you used Whois to check the registrar, you'd fine the URL is registered by Markmonitor, a legit corporate copyright protection service that is used by multiple large corporations, including Nintendo.
I typed in the mm-nintendo.com into my gmail and nothing pop up. Its not even a real email.
