Re: Ways to "life proof" a CRT TV?

You might have better luck finding a subreddit or other forum dedicated to CRT enthusiasts for this question.
Hello everyone.
Since CRT TVs are starting to become a way many prefer to play games from a certain era -- and (for reasons unrelated to games) I have a long term goal to slowly collect a few of them) -- I was wondering if anyone on here had any knowledge regarding ways to extend their lifespan.
Obviously, as built/as-is, CRTs tend to wear out as the inner parts are used. One used to be able to have the Ray Tube inside replaced periodically, but given those aren't manufactured anymore that's not viable. In addition, apparently there are other ways they can wear out over time to limit their lifespan besides just the Ray Tube needing replacement.
So I was wondering, is there any way to modify/alter a CRT to extend its lifespan? IE, custom engineered parts or a modified Ray Tube made of a different material that's more durable/some parts modernized some parts left the same, that would extend its lifespan? Essentially "life proofing" it (or at least extending it to the conceivable lifespan of a person)?
Recognize there will be people telling me I'm trying to go faster than the speed of light on this one, but if there's a way it can be done (even an expensive/difficult way that would take a while to save up toward), I'd welcome and appreciate the insight.
