It's also a very stupid thing to say. What are they gonna do to a decentralized torrent system? It's just a tracker, it's not like they can control what you distribute.
Rutracker is the #1 place to go for Switch roms already, some Ukranian guy there maintains and continuously updates dumps from Switch marketplace. I don't see why it can't be the same for 5-6-7th gen console games.
