I can help in the revive too. In my opinion, we can build some sort of open source mirror for this so that even the UI is available for anyone to host. I feel like these websites have are also heritage and should be preserved.

It's not a bad idea, especially if the feel of RH can be recreated, with pages describing what each file does. Definitely need a centralized hub for stuff like that. I love Internet Archive, but it can be difficult to parse out everything in the package of files.
