Can't download things

I have tried to download a few different things for the PS3 from The Vault. I've tried downloading The Orange Box, Beyond: Two Souls, and Thief. The only successful download was Thief - and that does work great on my PS3 with HEN.

However, whenever I've tried to download anything else, the download will start off fine and make progress, but then the download will fail for some reason, and I can't resume/restart it. The most progress I made was about 10gb for The Orange Box.

I initially thought it was because I was downloading directly to my external SSD formatted as FAT32 which has a max 4gb file size limit, so I tried downloading to a USB flash drive formatted with NTFS. Same issue. I've tried different browsers, disabling ad/tracker blockers, clearing cookies/cache, am not using a VPN, I even tried following the post saying to inspect element and change the link from "download2.vimm.net" to "download.vimm.net" and that just leads to a 404 error saying the file I am looking for is not found on this server.

Does anyone else have this issue? Is there a fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
