That explains why LEGO Battles: Ninjago is down, but not Lego Ninjago: The Videogame, which is the same game. It just has a different name in Europe. It's totally stupid.

The ESA are US legal representatives for a coalition of game publishers. They act on behalf of the interests of pretty much every big video game corporation. They're the ones who created the ESRB, for example. They get paid big money to do stuff like creating bots to scan the web for keywords and then auto-send DMCA takedown requests.
